The Lakeview Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a volunteer partnership between parents, guardians, grandparents, community members, and the Lakeview teachers and administrators who strive to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

Back to School Packet

  • Make sure to update your family information on our website as well as fill out our Back to School Packet!
  • The packet contains all the necessities you need to start the year right: join PTA, submit your volunteer interests, become a family sponsor, order spiritwear, and donate to or request items through our Treasured Viking Fund.
  • You must be logged in to complete the packet. Packets can be found under My Account --> My Forms, or by clicking on the link here.
  • Our packet will be available only until September 1st. After September 1st, you can still join PTA, submit volunteer interests, and donate to the Treasured Viking Fund through individual forms (found under My Account --> My Forms).

 

 

Spiritwear!

  • In order to receive your spiritwear by August 6th at Meet the Teacher Night, please submit your order by July 21st at 11:59PM. 
  • All other orders will be sent home with your child mid-September.
  • Our spiritwear store will be open until September 1st. It will not reopen again until the spring semester.

 

School Supplies for 2024-25 School Year

  • Our team leaders for each grade have created custom school supply lists for each grade. Using these lists are preferred, but you may also use the district list to purchase back-to-school supplies. 
  • School supplies should be brought to school at Meet the Teacher Night - on Tuesday, August 6th from 5-6PM or on the first day of school.

 

Treasured Viking Fund

  • Families who qualify for free or reduced lunches can apply for assistance with school items and activities such as spirit shirts, Field Day shirts, 5th Grade class shirts, Fall Movie Night meal, yearbook, and more.
  • Please note your request will need to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the deadline (of the event / item).
  • Donations to our Treasured Viking Fund are also appreciated.
